ORDERING, SHIPPING, RETURNS and WARRANTY
Climbing & Playing
Normal delivery approximately 3–7 business days from dispatch
Clothing and smaller products
- Produced to order to avoid overproduction and waste.
- Production: normally 1–2 business days.
- Shipping within Europe: usually 2–5 business days after the package is shipped.
- You will receive a tracking link by email when the package is on its way.
We have FREE SHIPPING on all climbing and play items.
On clothing we have free shipping on everything over 110 EUR
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout.
We mainly ship with DHL.
At KUL KID you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the package, in accordance with EU law.
In addition, we offer an extended 30-day return policy on most items.
In order for us to approve a return within 30 days, you must:
- the item must be unused and undamaged
- the original packaging is intact
- return shipping is paid by you as the customer
You can return the product, but the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund if you use a return solution through us.
Have you received a defective product?
We will always offer compensation or a partial refund. If you wish to return the product in full, we will provide you with a return label or guide you through the return process.
Here's how to do it:
- Send us an email at kontakt@kulkid.no with your order number and what you would like to return or exchange.
- We will provide you with guidance and the correct return address.
- Once we have received and inspected the item, we will refund the amount to the same payment method you used for purchase.
As a customer at KUL KID, you have the rights that follow from the Consumer Purchase Act (right to complain about defects and defects).
In addition, we have a product warranty on all our products.
- The right of complaint covers defects and deficiencies that are not due to normal wear and tear or improper use, and applies to manufacturing defects and hidden weaknesses in materials and construction.
- The product warranty covers manufacturing defects and hidden weaknesses within a given period.
The length of the warranty may vary between product groups. Please see the details on each product page, or contact us if you are unsure.
- Normal wear and tear, incorrect assembly, irresponsible storage or use that is not in accordance with the instructions are not covered.
Yes! You will receive a receipt by email immediately after ordering, and tracking information as soon as the package is shipped from our warehouse or production partner.

We offer free shipping on all climbing and play items worldwide. On average, delivery takes 2 to 7 business days.
Clothing is calculated at checkout.

We are a Norwegian family business with a passion for active children and smart play. As parents ourselves, we know that the living room quickly turns into a playground.
